Terms

Shout Relay lets you upload content once, write captions with AI help, and publish or schedule it to the social accounts you connect. Publishing depends on each platform's rules and API. Platforms change what apps may do, sometimes with little notice; when a platform does not allow something, we say so in the app and, if you turn it on, remind you to post it by hand.

• You need to be 16 or older and able to agree to these terms.
• Keep your email account secure; it is how you sign in. Two-step sign-in is available and recommended.
• You are responsible for what happens in your workspaces, including what people you invite do there.

What you upload and write stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it (including sending it to our AI provider to write captions), and publish it to the accounts you choose, only to run the service for you. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

You promise you have the rights to what you post, that it follows each platform's rules, and that it follows the law, including advertising and endorsement rules. Shout Relay can add your affiliate disclosures automatically, but you remain responsible for disclosing brand relationships the way the law and your programs require.

• Spam, deception, impersonation, harassment, or content that is illegal or infringes someone else's rights.
• Using Shout Relay to break a platform's terms, or to get around its limits.
• Trying to break into, overload, copy or resell the service.

We may suspend an account that does these things. Where we can, we warn first and explain why.

• Free trial: paid plans start with a 5-day free trial. You add a card when the trial starts. When the 5 days are up, your card is charged for the plan you chose and the plan renews automatically, unless you cancel before the trial ends. We do not send a separate reminder email before that first charge.
• Renewal: monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans every year, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. After each successful charge we email you a thank-you with the amount and the period it covers.
• Canceling: cancel any time in Settings, Billing, Manage billing. Canceling stops the next renewal. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, then stops.
• No pro-rated refunds: we do not refund the unused part of a month or year, including when you cancel or switch plans part way through a period. If something went wrong on our side, write to us and we will make it right.
• Changing plans: a new plan applies right away; its price starts at your next renewal.
• Taxes: prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax or VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies.
• Failed payments: if a charge fails, Stripe retries it for a while and we let you know. If it never goes through, the plan ends and your workspace becomes read-only until a plan is active again. Your content is not deleted.
• Price changes: we will tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
• Founding lifetime plans: a one-time payment for a plan that does not renew. It lasts for as long as Shout Relay operates, and covers the plan as described when you bought it.
• Referral credit and promo codes: credit and discounts apply to Shout Relay bills only, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred.

AI captions are suggestions. Read them before you post; they can be wrong, and you are responsible for what you publish. We set limits on monthly AI use by plan.

We work to keep Shout Relay running and your scheduled posts on time, but we cannot promise it will never be down or that every post will publish, since that depends on platforms and networks outside our control. We may change or retire features; if a change takes away something you pay for, we will tell you ahead of time.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut Shout Relay down, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can download your data, and refund any yearly or lifetime payment for the time that remains.

Shout Relay is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, IronVale Labs, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or a lost brand deal), and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. If we change them in a way that matters, we will email account owners before the change takes effect.
